A published legal writer and seasoned litigator, Andy Felser has handled hundreds of court appearances, depositions and trials in state and federal courts over the course of 34 years, collectively involving a wide range of legal issues. His fields of knowledge and experience are diverse, with emphasis on laws governing business relationships and business-related wrongful conduct. He taught in the Lawyering Process Program at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law from 1998-2008. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator.
